Ishiiruka is a portable application. This means it does not use a traditional Windows installer wizard and runs directly out of its root folder.
Audio stutter happens when the emulator cannot maintain full emulation speed. Lower your Internal Resolution in Graphics Settings or check the Audio tab in Configuration to ensure the Audio Backend is set to Cubeb or XAudio2 .
